About
Mark Penix, 29 years old, Male, Sagittarius, Year of the Rooster.
I’m not “important” enough to have a website, I just wanted one.
The Rundown:
born in Little Rock, Arkansas – grew up in Chicago, Illinois – and is currently residing in Omaha, Nebraska. I am a Lockheed Martin employee and a US Air Force veteran (served 2000 to 2004). My 9-5 title is SIS/Training SME for the Offutt Mission Assurance Center.
This is my personal blog: the posts contained on MARKpenix.com are in no way endorsed, supported, or backed by any company that employs or has ever employed me.
I also love computer technology, web design, web programming, and I know how to cook. I am a Jack of all trades and master of none. Since I’m a jack-of-all-trades I can spread myself around and contribute in multiple areas where I’m needed… I’m a freelance writer; a quintessential outsourcing monkey.
I recently started playing the Ukulele (circa February 2011) and re-learning music theory. It’s now become a passion… a step above “hobby” in my eyes. Stay tuned for the awesomeness!
