			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Day 4 of Wii Fit, 30 minutes of balance, some stength (Pushup Challenge beginner and Pushup to One-armed Plan advanced [10 reps]). My arms were pretty sore and I could feel them aching when doing some of the balance games and yoga poses (tree especially). I got a little sweaty, was crunched for time, or I would&#8217;ve done a full hour. I&#8217;m down about 2 pounds but with daily body weight fluctuation and the fact that I did the program at a completely different time than normal I&#8217;m not sure how I stack up to it at this point. We&#8217;ll see tomorrow!</p>
<p>I&#8217;m finding it easy to stick to the Wii Fit&#8217;s programs because they&#8217;re straight forward and you can see the results. You&#8217;re only competing against yourself for time, score, or balance or all three. I&#8217;m enjoying my experience so far.  A little over 2-2.5 hours this week so far (since I bought it on the 3rd)</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, I skipped a day on the Wii Fit (5th of November) but came back to it strong today. Did 40 minutes of primarily Strength training (10 reps of slow pushups to planks is hard!) or I&#8217;m just that weak. I got a good sweat going and the 15 bodyweight lunges took quite a toll on my legs (I was shaking pretty bad on the last few reps).</p>
<p>My bmi and weight went up a bit, probably due to the fact that I&#8217;m still drinking carnal juice of life as brought to my by Mt. Dew. Tonight I plan on having a max of 2 Mt. Dews (you know&#8230; cutting back and all). I&#8217;ve got the motivation but the determination seems to be lacking.</p>
<p>Tomorrow I plan on hitting the real gym for a few circuits of HIT training with weights.</p>

<p>I promptly got home and took it out of the packaging and started right into working out with it. I&#8217;ve got roughly an hour and a few minutes of actual working out time into it (it tracks that). I&#8217;ve set a <strong>goal</strong> for myself to lose 10 lbs in about a month to 2 months. I also plan on working out with the Wii Fit for 30 minutes to 1 hour per day.</p>
<p>It took some getting used to, my balance is a bit off, but overall it&#8217;s quite an enjoyable experience. I&#8217;ll let you know how my progress goes!</p>
